Here’s How to Change It to UPS Drop-Off
UPS QR Code Returns
We’re unable to accept UPS QR codes at our location.
No worries—you can still bring your Amazon return to us! Simply follow the steps above to change your return method from “The UPS Store” to “UPS Drop-Off.” Once updated, we’ll be happy to accept your return.
Important: If your Amazon return deadline is within the next three days, please contact Amazon directly to update your return method. Let them know you have an authorized UPS drop-off location nearby and need your return changed from a QR code to a printable shipping label.
How to Cancel Your Current Amazon Return
Before changing your return method, you may need to cancel the existing return. In your Amazon account, follow these steps:
View/Refund Status → Manage or Edit Return → Cancel Return → Confirm Cancel
Once canceled, you can start the return again and select the correct UPS Drop-Off option.
